अमरावती, दि.28 (जिमाका): आगामी लोकसभा निवडणुकीत दिव्यांग आणि जेष्ठ मतदारांना सुलभ रीतीने मतदान करण्यास मदत व्हावी, यासाठी निवडणूक आयोगाने सक्षम नावाचे मोबाईल ॲप तयार केले आहे. या ॲपवर दिव्यांग व जेष्ठ मतदारांसाठी मुलभुत सुविधा उपलब्ध करुन दिले आहे. या सुविधेचा सर्व पीडब्ल्यूडी (पर्सनल व्हीथ डिसॲबेलिटी) मतदारांनी आपल्या मोबाईलमध्ये डाऊनलोड करून मतदारांसाठी दिलेला सोयी सुविधा प्राप्त करून घ्यावे, असे आवाहन पीडब्ल्यूडी नोडल अधिकारी जया राऊत यांनी केले आहे.
पीडब्ल्यूडी (पर्सनल व्हीथ डिसॲबेलिटी) मतदारांकरिता आयोगाने तयार केलेले सक्षम ॲपवर विविध सोयी सुविधा देण्यात येत आहे. या सुविधेचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी सर्वप्रथम प्रत्येक पीडब्ल्यूडी मतदाराने सक्षम ॲप आपल्या मोबाईल मध्ये डाऊनलोड करून घ्यावा. निवडणूक संदर्भात सेवा घेण्याकरीता दिव्यांग व वयोवृद्ध मतदारांना त्यांचे नाव पत्ता आणि मोबाईल क्रमांक इत्यादी माहिती ॲपमध्ये भरावी. दिव्यांग वयोवृद्ध मतदारांना या सक्षम ॲपद्वारे मतदानासाठी लागणाऱ्या सहायतेची मागणी नोंदविता येईल. त्याद्वारे मतदार संघातील दिव्यांग वयोवृद्ध मतदानाचे मतदार संघ व स्थाननिश्चिती यंत्रणेला करणे शक्य होईल. ॲपद्वारे नोंदणी झाल्यानंतर पीडब्ल्यूडी मतदारांना ने-आण करण्यासाठी वाहतूक व्यवस्था, व्हील चेअर, सहाय्यक मदतनीस इत्यादी प्रकारची सुविधा या ॲपच्या माध्यमातून पीडब्ल्यूडी मतदार मिळवू शकतो.
